The plant Biosecurity Manual has all the information on the import requirements for various different types of plants and produce, I have also attached the Notice of Intention to import produce into the state. 

 I would recommend sending an email to biosecurity.marketaccess@nre.tas.gov.au when you are getting closer to wanting to import the fruit, they have more expertise in these matters and should be able to help ensure you meet all import requirements.
